The National Museum of American History is an ever growing tribute of America's past. Once the Museum of History and Technology, much of the display here concentrates on the history of science and technology and the effects on the American way of life. The 'information age' exhibit gives a fascinating view of present day technology and offers some interesting predictions for the future. The cultural and political displays provide a good overview of some of the most important events in American history and give a concise history of popular culture.
